Business Assistant – Tallulah (Multi-Store Support Role)
Full-Time | Available 24/7 | Travel Required
Based in Tallahassee with travel to Port St. Joe & Thomasville, GA
Tallulah is a fast-growing alternative wellness company with 9 stores and counting. We’re seeking a dedicated and highly flexible Business Assistant to support our day-to-day operations across all locations. This is a high-trust, high-impact role reporting directly to the CEO.
🛠️ Responsibilities:
- Be available and responsive for Tallulah-related needs, including evenings, weekends, and urgent issues.
- Travel to any of our stores as needed — transportation and hotel accommodations are covered.
- Sub in at stores when coverage is needed — you’ll know the business inside and out.
- Help oversee company operations and report directly to the CEO.
- Monitor store finances, cash flow, and help maintain profitability across locations.
- Assist with inventory, warehouse logistics, and restocking processes.
- Support store openings — from setup and staffing to launch-day readiness.
- Represent Tallulah at industry conventions and wellness events.
- Jump in during emergencies and help solve problems calmly and quickly.
🔍 Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Calm under pressure and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with retail management systems (like Clover or Square) is a plus.
- Passion for wellness, alternative health, or plant-based products.
- Leadership-minded and ready to act as a trusted right hand to the CEO.
